Payment Terms
American Hair Imports accepts payments by VISA, MasterCard, Money order, Cashiers check or C.O.D.

Bounced Check
There are $35 fee would be charged to the account if a check bounces. Products will not ship until the check has cleared. Only Money order or Cashier’s check would be accept from customer whose check has bounced more than 3 times during a year.

All overseas and Canadian orders must be prepaid by check or bank wire transfer, including shipping charges, in U.S. currency only. Other payment methods can be accepted only with authorization.

Shipping Methods
allow 5-7 business days. UPS Next Day Air, Second Day Air, 3-Day Select and Saturday delivery is available at an extra charge. Express shipping is only available for items that are in stock.

Merchandise Returns
Due to the nature of the products. Return request of damaged products must be reported via sales rep to American Hair Imports. Products should arrive in original containers, unopened, with tags attached, unused, uncut, immediately and received by our warehouse within 5 days from invoice date. If it determine to be a faulty product, we will issue a credit for an even exchange. In some cases, in stock units could take up to three weeks to deliver, pending availability of products. Custom units can take up to 8 weeks to deliver. All Sales Are Final. No Exceptions.

Disputes
All disputes will be settled via' arbitration. In some cases, if returns are accepted, there will be 50% restocking fee of products purchased. Any person acting on behalf of American Hair Imports will provide in whole or in part any marketing programs or to be followed in the provision of the business of Independent Resellerr. The Independent Reseller Agreement has been filed with, registered with, or otherwise accepted or approved by any state or federal office, department or authority. Independent Reseller has knowledge of the market and that the market demand will enable the Independent Dealer to earn a profit from the Independent Reseller position. Locations will be provided or assistance be given in the finding of locations for the use or operations of the Independent Resellerr position.
