We understand your concerns. We have many repeat customers that are completely satisfied with our products. American Hair Imports. has established a solid reputation of honest service and our customers are fully satisfied. If you ever have a questions about any of our products, please do not hesitate to contact us. 

Why are your prices so much lower than other companies with comparable products?

Do I need any special licenses or paperwork to purchase products from you.

You are ordering directly from the factory. By doing this we exclude retailers and can save you money.

You do not need special licenses or paperwork to purchase from our company. If you are interested in wholesale prices, we will require minimum orders and business verification documents. This is done to protect retailers and high volume dealers of our products, Please do not inquire about wholesale prices unless you have the appropriate paperwork, and are willing to place an initial opening order of $1000 US Dollars, plus shipping and handling charges from our factory.

How can I be sure that I am purchasing the right product?

What about the quality?

There are several things that you can do to make you're making the right choices when purchasing products. Purchase the color rings for appropriate products, purchase hair and test the quality for yourself. Get the proper training before any application.

We guarantee that our products are of the highest quality available, and we will gladly accepts returns if you receive a product that is damaged.

If I buy online, can I be at risk of unauthorized charges or identity theft? No. Our server is secure, and your credit card number is encrypted. We don't even get to see that number after processing your order.
What is your phone number? Can I call someone for help? Of course you can, see the "Contact Us" page for telephone information. But, we do hope you contact us via email.
Do you put my email address on a junk mail list? No! We do not share your information with anyone., Your privacy is never violated by our company. Please see our privacy policy
How long do the hairpieces and hair extensions last? This depends on many factors. Your design choice, and how you personally take care of extension and hair replacement pieces. 

I can't use a credit card, can I send a check? Yes we take all forms of payment, including personal checks and money orders. US Dollars Only.
I selected options with an up charge and that means my price will be different from what I see at checkout. How will I know the final amount? On the Order Form Page there should be a button for each option, but if not, calculate price, email for verification, and we will bill your credit card and forward an updated invoice to you.
For lace front units and wig pieces, can you keep my custom template and hair samples so I can reorder quickly? Yes we prefer to. If we have your template and color on file at the factory, your next order can begin production within a day or two, saving a lot of time.
Can you copy my existing hair replacment unit? We'd be glad and able to do so. Send it in and Save money on Reordering a new system.

All units sent in for duplication must be free of glue, tape and adhesive residue and must be shampooed clean, and completely dry.

Can I send my hair  unit in for repair?

 

You can send any brand of hairpiece for repair/remake. In general there are two things we cannot do. We do not offer recoloring and permanent wave (curling). Most other repairs can be done for a $150 flat rate plus shipping. However, the factory does not accept all repairs as some requests involve more labor than a new unit, but for a quarter of the price. In these cases we have to decline your repair request and there are no refunds.

All units sent in for repair must be free of glue, tape and adhesive residue and must be shampooed clean, and completely dry.

Payment Terms
American Hair Imports accepts payments by VISA, MasterCard, Money order, Cashiers check or C.O.D.

Bounced Check
There are $35 fee would be charged to the account if a check bounces. Products will not ship until the check has cleared. Only Money order or Cashier’s check would be accept from customer whose check has bounced more than 3 times during a year.

All overseas and Canadian orders must be prepaid by check or bank wire transfer, including shipping charges, in U.S. currency only. Other payment methods can be accepted only with authorization.

Shipping Methods
allow 5-7 business days. UPS Next Day Air, Second Day Air, 3-Day Select and Saturday delivery is available at an extra charge. Express shipping is only available for items that are in stock.

Merchandise Returns
Due to the nature of the products. Return request of damaged products must be reported via sales rep to American Hair Imports. Products should arrive in original containers, unopened, with tags attached, unused, uncut, immediately and received by our warehouse within 5 days from invoice date. If it determine to be a faulty product, we will issue a credit for an even exchange. In some cases, in stock units could take up to three weeks to deliver, pending availability of products. Custom units can take up to 8 weeks to deliver. All Sales Are Final. No Exceptions.

Disputes
All disputes will be settled via' arbitration. In some cases, if returns are accepted, there will be 50% restocking fee of products purchased. When purchasing our products, you are agreeing to our terms. Terms are located in the FAQ section of our website, privacy policy, and before checking out, using our shopping carts system.
