Office Assistant/Customer Service - We're searching for a bright professional to answer telephones, greet visitors and handle various general clerical duties for new location. Upbeat personality, typing, data entry skills, organization, and dependability are preferred! Great working environment where growth is emminent.

Additional Duties Include But Are Not Limited To The Following:

Position will provide administrative assistance to managers and be involved in all aspects of business. This individual will provide administrative support including letters, memos, calendar and appointments and will assist with problem resolution and follow-up. Will also work on periodic marketing and special projects. Requires 3+ years administrative and Microsoft Office exp. including excel spreadsheets, Microsoft Outlook, and general internet skills. Must have excellent grammar and writing skills, ability to multi-task and resolve issues independently and customer first attitude. Some traveling is necessary.
